Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026

Pageful LLC ("Pageful," "we") runs local business directories, including Taste of Asia – Houston (txasian.us) and CareFleet (carefleet.us), and offers paid listing services to the businesses in those directories. This policy explains what business information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Business contact information: business name, business phone number, and (for restaurant listings) language preference. These come from publicly listed business information and our own directory research — never from purchased lists.
Opt-in records: when a business owner opts in to text messages through our opt-in form at pageful.xyz/sms, we keep the business name, the mobile number provided, the consent confirmation, and the date. This is our proof of consent.
Information you give us: menu files, price lists, promotional details, or listing updates you send us; emails or messages you send us.
Service records: which paid services your business uses and billing history, processed through our payment provider.

We do not collect personal consumer data through our text-messaging program. We do not buy or sell contact lists.

How we use it

To operate and display our business directories.
To contact businesses about their listings and relevant paid listing services (by text message to numbers that opted in, by email, or by phone).
To provide, bill for, and support paid services.
To honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests.

Text messaging

We text only business numbers whose owner has opted in through our opt-in form. Every message identifies Pageful and includes opt-out instructions (reply STOP to stop). We honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END — once you opt out, we will not text that number again. See our SMS Terms for details. We never share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our services (for example, our text-messaging provider and payment processor), and only as much as they need to do their job. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts to that number.
Email us to ask what business information we hold, correct it, or request removal of your listing.
